Los Angeles – Dine LA Restaurant Week is returning this summer, inviting food lovers to enjoy discounted dining experiences at over 300 restaurants across the city from July 25 to August 8, 2025. This event marks the 17th annual installment, showcasing a variety of culinary options ranging from budget-friendly meals to high-end dining experiences.

Participating eateries are offering prix-fixe menus starting at just $15 per person, while several establishments are featuring more luxurious options priced at $65 and above. Notable restaurants such as Mélisse in Santa Monica will offer a two-Michelin-star meal at a discounted rate of $75, providing diners with exquisite culinary experiences.

In addition to Mélisse, other restaurants participating include Soban in Koreatown, where meal deals are priced at $25 and $35 featuring popular dishes. The Girl & the Goat, located in the Arts District, is offering a family-style menu for $65 that includes five dishes, while Ardor, a sophisticated spot in West Hollywood, also presents a $65 prix-fixe menu with various main dish choices. Two additional venues, Mr. T in Hollywood and Sushi Kisen in Arcadia, are expected to unveil their menus soon, starting at $65.

New to the event this year is Neighbors & Friends, a female-owned cafe in Pasadena, which aims to highlight local ingredients in its offerings. This year’s event notably emphasizes community support and celebrates the culinary diversity of Los Angeles, featuring 33 global cuisines. A total of 32 Michelin-recognized restaurants are taking part, enhancing the event’s prestige and appeal.

Dine LA Restaurant Week serves as a valuable platform for restaurants seeking greater visibility, particularly in light of recent challenges posed by wildfires and immigration enforcement activities. The hospitality industry has been significantly impacted, and this event seeks to attract new diners to these establishments, fostering a sense of community through the love of food.

The program has expanded significantly since its inception in 2008, where it began with just over 140 restaurants. The event not only attracts local diners but also tourists, with many participating restaurants located near major attractions throughout the city. This broadened reach is vital for supporting the recovery of the hospitality sector following recent disruptions.

Stacey Sun, the executive director of Dine LA, emphasizes the importance of community connection in these food events, stating they play a crucial role in bringing together chefs and diners. This year’s participation from various local female-owned businesses reflects a commitment to collaboration and nurturing community ties.

With so many options to explore, Dine LA Restaurant Week invites residents and visitors alike to indulge in the rich culinary landscape of Los Angeles, hoping to inspire diners to discover new favorite spots while participating in the revival of the restaurant scene in the city.
