Designed for all ages, this free festival at Pan Pacific Park promises various musical acts, hands-on art sessions, gourmet food options, and accessible transportation solutions, making it a highlight of the local cultural calendar.
Los Angeles will celebrate its rich cultural diversity at TARFEST 2025, the 22nd annual music and arts festival, on Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 2 PM to 8 PM. The event, hosted at Pan Pacific Park, located at 7600 Beverly Blvd, promises a day filled with musical performances, art-making activities, and community engagement, all free of charge and suitable for attendees of any age.
The music lineup for this year’s festival features a variety of artists, selected by prominent Creative Producer and Cultural Programmer Azul Amaral. Among the performers are:

The festival will feature JUiCE, an intergenerational hip-hop and breakdancing collective, which will conduct dance workshops, allowing participants to immerse themselves in this vibrant art form. Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore state-of-the-art ride-hailing vehicles presented by WAYMO and learn about local transportation solutions from METRO.
Parking at Pan Pacific Park is free, and there will be overflow parking available at The Grove, accessible via Grove Drive next to the park, creating an inclusive environment for participants traveling from various locations.
